Citizens of Wallonia 2017: the biggest Hackaton of Wallonia, dedicated to Smart cities

The hackathon Citizens of Wallonia took place on March 10^th to 12^th 2017 in Mons. It was an initiative of FuturoCité and its partners IBM, Umons Cronos and Forem with the support of Digital Wallonia, Multitel, Cetic, Maison de l’Entreprise, Creative Valley and Smart City Institute.

This 48-hour competition focused on Smart Cities that aimed at creating new usages thanks to digital and develop services of new applications:

• in citizen interaction,
• in urban and rural mobility
• in job creation.

In the event, Multitel offered a member to the multidisciplinary team of coaches and a member to the jury
